Wake-Up With Determination “You’ve got to get up every morning with determination if you’re going to go to bed with satisfaction.” George Horace Lorimer. 018 – Wake-Up On A Mission! “You’ve got to get up every morning with determination if you’re going to go to bed with satisfaction.” George Horace Lorimer. Waking up in the morning with energy and vitality might not be something you’re accustomed to. If you’re struggling to wake-up on a mission, you may need to do things differently. Furthermore, you might be dealing with issues of feeling unfulfilled, or unsatisfied with life overall. I address this in episode 27, here. Change is scary, obviously, because it may complicate your life, or you may have seen it complicate someone’s else life. However, there are solutions to waking-up with determination that scream “I LOVE MY LIFE!”. George was right in how his words have become an important pillar for motivation in the field of Health & Wellness Coaching. If I myself did not wake-up with determination, I would not be going to bed satisfied. But because I applied George’s principles in my life, I go to bed with satisfaction. I also try to wake-up every morning determined to do better […]

Initially, I set-out to freeze my embryos, “for a better time”, until a very respected family member questioned “why wait”? She was right. Here I discuss my top 10 list of why life rocks as a single mum. At 37, I made the decision to have a baby, on my own, with a sperm donor. I’d just ended an 8-year relationship and my life circumstances at the time allowed me the flexibility to pursue family life, without the need for a 2nd income. Aside from the logistics, my biggest reason for having a child on my own was that I loved the idea of calling the shots in my family situation. I just had the confidence that I could do it. Initially, I set-out to freeze my embryos, “for a better time”, until a very respected family member questioned “why wait”? She was right.
