I&#8217;m here to tell you that you CAN make this happen for yourself and truly become happier.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/cdn.embedly.com\/widgets\/platform.js\" charset=\"UTF-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p><strong>In This Episode, You&#8217;ll Learn<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The optimal way to approach a goal and prepare for it to be a success.<\/li>\n<li>What Mindset is required to create new things in your life&#8230;vs the same old ways.<\/li>\n<li>How to evaluate &amp; analyze the pattern closely through my probing questions.<\/li>\n<li>Top 2 ways to shift things in your life<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>1. <strong>Evaluate that pattern<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Become acutely aware of what\u2019s causing the \u201cproblem\u201d or \u201cunwanted behaviour\/pattern\u201d. This is metacognition, thinking about thinking.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Here&#8217;s a list of questions to contemplate.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What does the problem give you?<\/li>\n<li>What does the problem hold you back from?<\/li>\n<li>How long have you had this problem?<\/li>\n<li>Why did it start in the first place?<\/li>\n<li>What was life like before you had this problem?<\/li>\n<li>And what will life look like and feel like once you kick it?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You might want to <em>write about the problem<\/em> and answer some of these questions to reinforce what&#8217;s really important to you. When you put a pen to paper, the brain alters how it views things and you can gain so much more insight.<\/p>\n<p>When long-term change and happiness is what you&#8217;re after, \u00a0surrender to the process of <strong>analysis<\/strong>. \u00a0Once you can express out loud the real issues you\u2019re experiencing, you\u2019re giving it up to the universe &#8211; and that\u2019s the best place for it, because the universe isn\u2019t judging you.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re judging yourself, but go easy, and sit with the problem for a few weeks.<\/p>\n<p>Try to get at all corners of the problem that you want to solve or change, and put it all out there. In <a href=\"https:\/\/www.satorihealth.ca\/blog\/our-thoughts-are-energy\/\">Episode 35,<\/a> I talk all about how our thoughts are energy trapped in the body.<\/p>\n<h2>2. <strong>Change the problem<\/strong>.<\/h2>\n<p>If you set a goal, and you\u2019re able to reverse engineer the steps, but you miss the analysis (preparation phase), you will likely stumble upon the same results.<\/p>\n<p>Why?\u00a0Because you\u2019ve set your goal and approached the problem\/solution with the same mindset.<\/p>\n<p>This doesn\u2019t work. So, once you&#8217;ve analyzed it for a few weeks (YES, Weeks!), <strong>start to make a plan and rehearse the achievement of it.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>In Summary:<\/h2>\n<p>Analyze the problem right now, and allow my earlier questions to prompt you. If you\u2019ve had mild to moderate success, awesome!!!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Evaluate your results.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How did you get there?<\/li>\n<li>Did you approach it differently from the past?<\/li>\n<li>Who was instrumental at helping you achieving the shift?<\/li>\n<li>Remember that you have be under new conditions to create sustainable change, otherwise the same issue and same triggers will arise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Go back to the first stage and evaluate these triggers because these are key &#8211; they\u2019re true physiological reactions. The ego takes over and BOOM, you may not get anywhere.<\/p>\n<p>Many of you already know that 95% of our daily life is led by the subconscious mind.
