We&#8217;re all on the planet to<a href=\"https:\/\/www.satorihealth.ca\/blog\/how-to-reach-your-full-potential\/\"> grow and reach our potential.\u00a0<\/a>As I also said in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.satorihealth.ca\/blog\/how-to-overcome-fear1\/\">Episode 24,<\/a> there are times when fear becomes a very real block. I offered up my most successful strategy, visualization (see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.satorihealth.ca\/blog\/how-to-leverage-the-power-of-visualization\/\">podcast episode How To Leverage The Power of Visualization). <\/a>\u00a0When combining visualizations with saying powerful affirmations, you can recreate meaning. This can then extend to improving your chances of shifting the behaviour pattern, as well as the emotional-chemical reaction in your body (see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.satorihealth.ca\/blog\/4-simple-steps-for-recreating-meaning\/\">episode 4 Easy Steps To Recreate Meaning<\/a>).<\/p>\n<div class=\"container\">\n<div id=\"content\">\n<div id=\"main\">\n<article id=\"post-2427\" class=\"post-2427 post type-post status-publish format-standard has-post-thumbnail hentry category-pain-management category-personal-development category-podcast tag-health tag-pain tag-personal-development tag-personal-growth\">\n<div class=\"post-entry\">\n<p>In summary, by improving your awareness of your fear, and making an effort to shift your thought patterns, you can overcome your fear &#8211; whatever that fear may be.
