Pain is a part of life, and people experience it psychologicallyand physically.<\/p><\/blockquote><script async src=\"\/\/cdn.embedly.com\/widgets\/platform.js\" charset=\"UTF-8\"><\/script><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><br \/>In <a href=\"https:\/\/www.satorihealth.ca\/blog\/how-to-overcome-fear1\/\">Episode 24, Strategies To Manage Your Fear &#8211; &#8220;Part 1&#8221;<\/a>\u00a0I posed two questions that might allow you to examine your own personal blocks and fear.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.satorihealth.ca\/blog\/how-to-overcome-fear-2\/\">Episode 25, Part 2,<\/a> I expanded upon that consciousness. I encouraged you to spend some time in contemplation, to become more mindful of where your subconscious block, pain or fear resides.<\/p>\r\n<h3>In this Episode, Part III of my 3-part series, \u00a0you will learn:<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>&#8220;the 360 strategy&#8221; (00:03:00).\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>the one key solution to managing physical pain or fear.<\/li>\r\n<li>that eating good food &amp; taking proper health supplements can help you balance your body and mind during times of stress (see episode 29 on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.satorihealth.ca\/blog\/the-truth-about-dietary-supplementary-supplements\/\">The Truth Behind Dietary Supplements)<\/a><\/li>\r\n<li>our <em>subconscious mind<\/em> plays a huge role in keeping the body and mind safe.<\/li>\r\n<li>my own personal challenges with managing pain in the past.<\/li>\r\n<li>I offer you a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.satorihwcoaching.ca\/?tcb_lightbox=episode-22-satori-health-wellness-coaching\">special worksheet,<\/a> also shared in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.satorihealth.ca\/blog\/3-ways-to-build-a-healthy-routine\/\">episode 21, which was all about building a healthy routine.<\/a><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>Read Transcript Below:<\/h3>\r\n<p>Previously I shared with you that one of my big fears in life is physical pain.\u00a0I hope to inspire you to explore your own personal challenges, and hopefully to explore the power of your subconscious mind. \u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>You see, I know better than anyone that<a href=\"https:\/\/www.satorihealth.ca\/blog\/how-to-overcome-fear1\/\"> fear<\/a> will stay trapped in your body. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.satorihealth.ca\/blog\/how-to-overcome-fear1\/\">Fear<\/a> stays trapped to the point that you may not even know you\u2019re operating on \u201cauto-pilot\u201d &#8211; keeping you from those activities you love the most.\u00a0Your body will lead the way, not your mind.<\/p>\r\n<p>The 360 strategy<em>(starting at the 3-minute mark)<\/em>\u00a0will help you unravel an identity for your pain. Inevitably, that can cause some maladaptive responses to seemingly mindless situations.\u00a0In order to manage my own physical pain, I saw a Naturopath who prescribed great supplements. I did a number of detox cleanses, to remove any build-up of trauma trapped in my cells (after all, my body was tortured in that car accident).\u00a0<em>Food became a healing source of life<\/em>!!!!<\/p>\r\n<p>I changed my entire diet to ensure I was eating whole foods; a diet that was less acidic and more alkaline, to keep any physical inflammation down. I reduced sugars, gluten, and breads. I will still indulge in my weekly croissants &amp; coffee however. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/satorihealthandwellnesscoaching\">Catch us live, weekly, on Facebook.\u00a0 <\/a>Sure, I indulge in the foods I love, but I have learned the <strong>healing powers of food<\/strong> so I make sure to have a lot of &#8220;the good stuff&#8221; too. And you can do this too<strong>,<\/strong> by seeing a nutrition expert or Naturopathic Doctor.\u00a0Eventually, I got into the right gym routine. With the assistance of a fantastic personal trainer, \u00a0I was able to retrain muscles that had atrophied.\u00a0I continually did the mental work necessarily in order <a href=\"https:\/\/www.satorihealth.ca\/blog\/6-quick-easy-steps-to-change-anything\/\">to change in healthy and conscious ways<\/a>; daily actually. This work was by using powerful affirmations that kept me on top of my game.
